The place was named in honour of the Spanish Consitution of 1812. The constitution was considered to be one of the most liberal constitutions of its time and it gets almost 10 million visitors every year.

This place comes fifth on the list, however, it gets 170 million visitors every year. The attraction score of this tourist spot is 7.95.
